We started Your Brand Cover to do appliance protection properly — clear, fair, and there when it matters.

Our story

For decades the UK appliance protection market has been dominated by confusing policies, hidden fees, and cover that doesn't deliver when it matters. We founded Your Brand Cover in 2022 because we believe consumers deserve better.

A YBC plan is an appliance service plan — not insurance and not an extended warranty. That distinction matters: there's no excess, no per-claim cap and no fair-wear-and-tear arguments. You get unlimited repairs while you're with us, and on the Lifetime Appliance Plan, a brand-new appliance every five years.

We keep our overheads low and pass the savings on, our customer service is UK-based on every call, and we work to four simple principles: fairness, value, trust and reliability.
