"Like-for-like or upgrade" — what that means
At your 5-year upgrade we replace your appliance with the same type and a similar or better specification — often a newer, more energy-efficient model. You're never left with an out-of-date machine just because the original still technically works.
Free installation and disposal
We fit the new appliance and take the old one away — included. (If you'd ever prefer not to take the replacement, you can request £150 in vouchers towards an alternative instead, though choosing the voucher option ends the plan.)
Simple per-appliance pricing
The per-appliance rate drops once you cover two or more.
Flat per-appliance pricing — type and age don't change the price. Premium Cover (lifts the replacement cap to £1,000) doubles the per-appliance rate.

On the Lifetime Appliance Plan, after every five consecutive Qualifying Years we provide a brand-new appliance of similar specification at no extra cost — included in your monthly price. A Qualifying Year simply means a year where all your payments have been made and no replacement has been issued. We arrange installation and take the old unit away. If you'd ever prefer not to take the replacement, you can request £150 in vouchers towards an alternative — but choosing the voucher option ends your plan.
