  • Plan details — the appliances you cover, their age, your chosen plan and cover tier;
  • Payment details — your bank details for Direct Debit collection;
  • Service records — claims, repairs, replacements and your contact history with us;

3. How we use your data, and our lawful basis

  • To provide your plan — set up cover, arrange repairs and replacements, and collect payment. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • To meet legal obligations — accounting, fraud prevention and regulatory requirements. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
  • To improve our service and respond to enquiries — including running this website and our customer support. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
  • To send marketing — only where you have asked us to. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing your data

We share data only where needed to run your plan — for example with the approved engineers who carry out repairs, our payment processors, and suppliers of replacement appliances. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data on our behalf under contract.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data for as long as you hold a plan with us, and afterwards only for as long as needed to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
