Flat per-appliance pricing — type and age don't change the price. Premium Cover (lifts the replacement cap to £1,000) doubles the per-appliance rate.

The 7-Day Repair Promise is a feature of the Rapid Repair 7 plan. On RR7 we aim to have an engineer with you within 24 hours of you reporting the fault. From the engineer's first visit, the seven-working-day clock starts — and if we can't complete the repair in that time, you can request a brand-new replacement appliance instead (up to £500). The clock starts when our engineer first gets access to the appliance, so if you're out when they call, it starts when they can get in.
