We repair it. If it can’t be fixed, we replace it new-for-old.

You’re sorted — with the repair guaranteed for at least 6 months.

What happens next

However you report it, a member of the YBC team will call you within one working day to confirm the details and book your engineer. There’s no excess and no call-out fee — the repair is covered by your plan.

Claim questions

On Rapid Repair 7 we aim to have an engineer with you within 24 hours of you reporting the fault. On other plans we’ll get you booked in with a UK engineer as quickly as we can. Either way, we’ll call you within one working day to confirm the appointment.
